Indication:

Zoxafen^® /Zoxafen Forte^® tablets are indicated for the relief of severe skeletal muscle spasm and pain associated with such medical and orthopaedic problems as: sprains and strains, myalgias, torticollis, tension headaches, traumatic muscle injuries, low back pain, fibrositis,cervical root and disc syndromes.

Dosage & Administration:

The usual adult dosage is two Zoxafen^® Tablet (or 1 Zoxafen Forte^® tablets) 3-4 times or as directed by registered medical practitioner only. Because safety and effectiveness of Zoxafen^® /Zoxafen Forte^®in children have not been established, such use is not recommended.
